CLS Completed Hygiene Training for Kilkerrin Salmon
Kilkerrin Salmon are a long standing primary fish processing plant , CLS have been working in partnership with this company as a testing facility and Hygiene training providers for over ten years. From doing the routine analysis of product, water and environmental samples of the processing areas we were able to establish
problem areas and can relate appropriate training or retaining to these areas.
